Rhu was imprinted and leads, loads, bathes, and clips. Wonderful manners. Often handled by children. She should mature close to 17hh.Rhu has some of the best bloodlines from both worlds. Ruben O is a young stallion from Holland. He is already winning breed shows and was a 1st premium foal. His sire, Ulft, is the sire of many top stallions. Most well known is Olympic Ferro, who was the highest scoring stallion at the 2000 Olympics. Ulft is by the famous Le Mexico, high producer of top jumpers. Le Mexico gos back to Furioso xx, the sire of Furioso II. Ulft is out of Pia, by Pericles xx, the sire of the pinto stallion Samber. Ruben O is out of Wimona, by Wagner. Wimona is out of Simone, by Matador. Matador is by the great Marco Polo.Rhu's dam is a very well bred Thoroughbred. She is a granddaughter of Seattle Slew. She traces back to Man O' War seven times. Nasrullah, Khaled, Mr. Prospector, Native Dancer, Nashua, Hail to Reason, Bold Ruler, just to name a few. Rhu received scores of 7.8 on walk, 7.9 on trot, 8.0 on conformation, and 8.0 on suitability as a sporthorse, for a total of 79.25% at her AWS inspection. She missed the Supreme designation by .75. She was one of the youngest foals at her inspection (1month old). She was very tired from the trailer ride (5 hrs) and could have scored in the mid 80%s. Even tired she wowed the judge (movement and MANNERS) and was site champion. Rhu has shown in-hand at the Kentucky Horse Park KDA Breeders Show. She was wonderful in the barn(she was there for six days!!), and scored 70.5% from Lilo Fore!!!Rhu has the movement and the conformation to be a FEI level dressage horse. But best of all, she has the mind for it. Athletic but calm, wants to please, very easy to train. She is just like her mother. Another plus, her mother is not mareish at all. No mood swings. The only way to tell she is in heat is to walk her by a teaser. One of the best attitudes I have seen on mares and geldings alike.
